Terms and Conditions

Last updated 18 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every use of Guestlist, the online ticketing platform available at guestlist.ee and its subdomains (the "Platform"). By creating an account, publishing an event or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are

Guestlist is operated by Webhook, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) established in the Netherlands ("Guestlist", "we", "us").

2. Definitions

3. Our role

Guestlist is a ticketing intermediary. We provide the software that lets Hosts publish Events, sell Tickets and check Guests in at the door. We are not the organiser of any Event. The Host organises the Event and is solely responsible for it, including its content, safety, licences, permits, venue, line-up, age policy and for actually holding it as advertised.

When a Guest buys a Ticket, the agreement for attending the Event is between the Guest and the Host. Guestlist is not a party to that agreement.

4. Accounts

Only Hosts need an account. To create one, you must:

If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian agrees to your use of the Platform and to these Terms.

5. Hosting events

As a Host, you:

We may remove an Event or suspend an account if we have good reason to believe these Terms or the law are being broken.

6. Buying tickets

Guests buy Tickets on the Host's Event page. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. After a successful payment, each Ticket is emailed to the address you gave at checkout.

A Ticket is valid for one entry. Each ticket code can be checked in only once. Keep your ticket email private: whoever shows the code first is let in.

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, tickets for leisure events on a specific date are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Once you have bought a Ticket, you cannot cancel it simply because you change your mind.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are the Host's responsibility. If an Event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed, the Host must inform Guests and arrange any refund that is due. Guests should contact the Host first.

Guestlist does not organise Events and is not liable for an Event that is cancelled, postponed, changed or does not live up to expectations. We do not refund Tickets on behalf of a Host, except where the law requires us to.

8. Fees and payouts

Creating an account and publishing Events is free. When Tickets are sold, the following fees apply:

For each ticket type, the Host chooses who pays these fees. Either the fees are added on top of the ticket price and paid by the Guest, so the Host receives the full ticket price, or the fees are included in the ticket price and deducted from the Host's ticket income. The price shown to the Guest at checkout always includes any fees. Current fees and examples are on our Pricing page.

We may change these fees. Changes never apply to Tickets that have already been sold, and we will tell Hosts at least 30 days in advance.

Hosts can withdraw their available balance to the IBAN on their account. Earnings from an Event become available once that Event has ended. A new IBAN only takes effect after the Host confirms it from the email we send. Payouts are normally processed within 1–3 business days, after which the bank may take another 1–2 business days to show the funds. We may hold back a payout if we have good reason to suspect fraud, chargebacks or a breach of these Terms.

Hosts are responsible for any taxes due on their ticket income.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

10. Availability

We work hard to keep Guestlist running, but we cannot promise that the Platform will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop parts of the Platform. Where possible, we will warn Hosts in advance of changes that affect their Events.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

Hosts indemnify Guestlist against claims from Guests or third parties that relate to their Events.

12. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design and its software belong to Guestlist. Hosts keep the rights to the texts and images they upload, and give us a non-exclusive licence to show them on the Platform and in ticket emails for as long as the Event is online.

13. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Ending your account

Hosts can delete their account at any time from their settings. Withdraw your available balance first. We may end or suspend an account if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes to Hosts by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Tickets already bought remain subject to the Terms that applied when they were bought.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Webhook is established, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.

If you have a complaint, please email us first at hello@guestlist.ee. We aim to respond within 14 days.
